Applications are currently open for our 2025 Facade Grant and our new Window Facade Grant. Applications are considered on a rolling basis as funds become available until funds are spent. For more information or to apply today follow the instructions below.
How to Apply
Eligibility
Any owner or tenant of a building located within the City of Thomasville Business Improvement District is eligible. To qualify, buildings MUST be located in the Downtown Business Improvement District, as designated by the City Council on January 21, 2014. Please review the Downtown Business District map to confirm that your building is within the district boundaries.
Preparing your application
Before submitting your application, we recommend reviewing our Design Guidelines to familiarize yourself with the suggested materials, key architectural features commonly found in the district, and practices to avoid. Additionally, we encourage you to consult with the PACE Grant committee to discuss your ideas.

Currently, we are offering two types of facade grants, the Façade Grant and the Window Façade grant. Please review each application process & the requirements:
SUBMISSION
